An important part of the hospitality sector is "training within the indsutry", or "on the workfloor training". As part of their education at ICUC the second year students had to develop a trainings program for their fellow students. One of the groups even went as far as to grand their fellow students/trainees a "certificate of participation" of their training "how to set up a table for a 6 course dinner". As future managers in the hospitality sector, training and motivation of their employees will be one of their important tasks and ICUC is preparing the future leaders and managers in the hospitality sector of Curacao in a practical and professional manner.
