Mr. Martes is the Human Resource director of Renaissance Hotel. Renaissance Hotel has been supporting our Bachelor program over the last years by offering different internships and providing certain elective courses to the hospitality & Tourism management students. Although last year Renaissance hotel changed ownership, the new owners (Wind Creek Hospitality) regard the appreciation and development of their employees as one of their main focus points in their management strategy. By offering these kind of lectures Renaissance Hotel also aids in the development of young professionals in the hospitality and tourism industry in Curacao, apart from their employees.
